Office Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Inhouse by Industria. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing the flow of information within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Train staff
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Conduct research
- Perform data entry
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
- Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- MS Windows and MS Office skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and reliability
