Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at WASTEHAUL TRANSPORT INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office procedures, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Prepare and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
