Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to join our team at RS AVIATION CANADA. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, including arranging seminars and conferences, recording meeting minutes, and establishing office procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Events: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the team's objectives.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a efficient and organized work environment.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries to provide excellent customer service.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support decision-making.
  • Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized office.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations to support business needs.
  • Front Desk: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
