We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Nav Transport Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will also be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

In addition, the Office Coordinator will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. They will also oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including computer and technology knowledge.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be able to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively to meet deadlines.
