Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the staff scheduling team, including payroll functions and staffing planning.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including master rotations and vacation planning.
  • Coordinate with managers to administer vacation planning and ensure compliance with collective agreements.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases as required.
  • Assist with the effective planning and management of staffing levels and Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years' experience in staff scheduling, vacation planning, and payroll reporting.
  • Grade XII or recognized equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a recognized Business Administration certificate/diploma program.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to set up spreadsheets and databases as required.
  • Knowledge of SAP and ESP an asset.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under stressful situations and meet strict deadlines.
