Key Responsibilities- Develop and Present Estimates: Create and present detailed estimates to customers, ensuring accurate pricing and service recommendations.
- Source Parts and Sell Jobs: Source parts and sell jobs to customers, utilizing your knowledge of automotive repair and sales techniques.
- Interpret Inspection Results: Work with technicians to interpret inspection results and present findings to customers.
- Oversee Work Order Preparation and Scheduling: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of work orders and scheduling of service transactions.
- Respond to Customer Service Concerns: Respond to customer service concerns and problems in a professional and courteous manner.
- Act in a Store Management Capacity: Assist with day-to-day operational activities as needed, including supervising service providers and enforcing compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- At Least 5 Years of Experience: Possess at least 5 years of related experience in the automotive service business.
- Current Driver's License: Hold a current and valid driver's license.
- Supervisory and Management Skills: Demonstrate strong supervisory and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Service Diagnosis and Technical Skills: Possess strong service diagnosis and technical skills, including the ability to interpret inspection results and provide accurate service recommendations.
- Business Mathematical Aptitude: Demonstrate strong business mathematical aptitude, including the ability to create and present detailed estimates.
- Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule: Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as needed.
