Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct all automotive service technicians in the operation of the shop.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales while listening and consulting with customers.
  • Oversee complete vehicle diagnostic inspections and make comprehensive recommendations.
  • Create, deliver, and discuss pricing estimates with customers.
  • Lead, manage, and train team members while keeping in tune with our vision, purpose, and core values.
  • Supervise sales and service processes.
  • Maintain inventory counts and ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of store or service manager experience.
  • General automotive knowledge and automotive mechanic experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service disposition.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Team-building skills.
  • Able to work a flexible retail schedule including rotating half-day Saturdays.
  • Valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.
