The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, and be a team player. They will also have experience in planning and controlling budgets and expenditures, as well as assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports.
The Office Coordinator will work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of our office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Permanent position
- English language
- 35 hours per week
