Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Oh that's clean. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as managing contracts and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain efficient systems for organizing data, statistics, and other information.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Benefits and Perks
  • Competitive salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year.
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
