Job Description

Welcome to Oh that's clean, where we're looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • We're looking for someone to assist in establishing and implementing policies and procedures, scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and performing data entry.
  • The successful candidate will also provide customer service, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
  2. Schedule and confirm appointments for management and staff
  3. Manage contracts, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  4. Answer electronic enquiries and provide customer service
  5. Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  6. Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed
  7. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  8. Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  9. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals
