At CDI College, a proud member of Campus Support, Canada's largest private college network, we are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive Sales Development Manager. Reporting to the Designated Admission Head, you will play a crucial role in promoting our institution's programs to potential students, ensuring applications are complete, and meeting specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to exceed enrollment targets.

About the Role:
  • Assist the Designated Admission Head in managing and supervising the admissions process.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and enrolling a diverse pool of prospective students.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies to enhance our institution's visibility and reputation.
  • Build relationships with prospective students, conduct informational sessions, and provide guidance on admissions requirements, academic programs, and campus resources.
  • Review and evaluate applications, transcripts, and supporting documents to determine eligibility and make admission decisions.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and innovation. Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of solid sales performance history or record.
  • Professional sales training or education.
  • Previous experience in education sales, private college admissions, or B2C sales is highly desirable.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
