About the Role

VapeInn Cigar & Smokes is seeking an experienced and results-driven Executive Sales Manager to lead our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with marketing, customer service, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Degree equivalent to secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling required for regular tasks.
