Job Overview

Innovation Homes Development Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week with a competitive estimated salary of $42,000 - $55,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Send and receive messages
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Prepare and format page presentation
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Label files according to retention and disposal schedules
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents
  • Organize and schedule office work
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of experience or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Computer and Technology Knowledge
