About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Supply & Apply. As an essential member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
  • Compile data, statistics and other information for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Perform various tasks related to filing, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with photocopying, collating, and distributing documents as needed.
Computer Skills

You should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software applications, with experience using these tools in a professional setting.

Personal Qualities
  • We are looking for someone who is accurate, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $45,000 - $60,000, depending on location and experience.
