Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Support Specialist to join our team at Canada inc. In this role, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required by management.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Prepare and type correspondence, forms, and other documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, communications).
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is not acceptable.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
Compensation:

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
