About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Inspire Direct Marketing. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with donors and sponsors to raise funds for important causes around the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with donors and sponsors to raise funds for charitable causes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and donors
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly fundraising targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to donors and sponsors
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and fundraising goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software and systems
  • Availability to work 1:00pm to 10:00pm Mon - Thu and 10:00am to 7:00pm Fri (EST)
