The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Dean, School of Life Science and Business. As a key member of our College Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing programs and staff in fields related to the School of Life Science & Business.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Administration
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the School, ensuring alignment with the College's Strategic Plan.
- Manage and oversee the budget and budget processes, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
- People Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of faculty and staff, providing direction, supervision, and performance management.
- Ensure the School operates with consistent Human Resource and Academic practices, promoting a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
- Identify and lead opportunities for new and academic programming, driving innovation and growth within the School.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of administrative and leadership experience, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potential.
