At Global Relay, we're seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our implementation team, you'll be responsible for implementing and onboarding global customers onto our product suite, navigating technical challenges, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and onboarding global customers onto our product suite
  • Maintaining high standards of communication and customer service throughout the onboarding process
  • Working effectively as a key member of a wider team during customer onboarding
  • Actively contributing to the implementation team's knowledge base and learning
  • Working with sales teams to assist with pre-sales, POCs, and providing technical expertise as required

Requirements include:

  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, configuration, and setup
  • Goal-oriented self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • General understanding of domains, networking principles, message flow, and email protocols
  • Ability to work on several projects concurrently with high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
