About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for implementing and onboarding global customers onto our Compliance product suite.

As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with our customers to understand their technical requirements and provide them with a seamless experience in terms of implementation and onboarding. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for navigating technical challenges and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and onboard global customers onto our Compliance product suite
  • Maintain a high standard of communication and customer service throughout the entire onboarding process
  • Work effectively as a key member of a wider team during customer onboarding
  • Actively contribute to the implementation team's knowledge base and learning
  • Work with the sales team to assist with pre-sales, POCs, and provide technical expertise as required

About You

We are looking for a goal-oriented self-starter who can work independently as well as excel in a team environment with minimal supervision. You will have a general understanding of domains, networking principles, message flow, and email protocols. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work on several projects concurrently with high attention to detail.

Desirable skills include experience with Salesforce CRM and Confluence, as well as knowledge and familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML / SSO. Exposure to various hosted and cloud-based email providers is also a strong asset.
