Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and onboarding global customers onto our Compliance product suite. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and onboard global customers onto our Compliance product suite
  • Maintain high standards of communication and customer service throughout the onboarding process
  • Work effectively as a key member of a wider team during customer onboarding
  • Actively contribute to the Implementation team's knowledge base and learning
  • Work with Sales team to assist with pre-sales, POCs, and provide technical expertise as required
  • Submit and maintain ownership of issues to internal support, DevOps, and Product teams to resolve technical issues

About You

  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, configuration, and setup
  • Goal-oriented self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • General understanding of domains, networking principles, message flow, and email protocols
  • Ability to work on several projects concurrently with high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with hosted and cloud-based email providers, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML/SSO, and Salesforce CRM is a plus
