Job Opportunity

Leo Burnett is seeking a skilled Junior Digital Project Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized digital projects and campaigns, including banner ads, social media assets, and other digital content. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining project timelines and budgets.
  • Driving project delivery and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Clarifying and communicating project objectives and success criteria.
  • Developing and tracking project plans for individual tracks of work.
  • Managing and controlling project scope and the change control process.
  • Ensuring all production teams have the necessary assets to complete their work.
  • Facilitating meetings and project documentation.
  • Facilitating QA and deployment.
  • Working with senior project managers to develop their skills.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2+ years of project management experience, preferably in an interactive agency managing small to medium-sized digital projects.
  • Experience managing banner ads and social media content through the production process.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • A solid understanding of agile project management methodology.
  • Strong knowledge of digital development and delivery in the context of a project management role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work with internal and external development and creative teams.
