Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Clients: Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate contact or service area as needed.
- Providing Information: Offer basic information to clients and the public, responding to their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Information Processing: Obtain and process necessary information required to deliver top-notch customer service, adhering to company standards.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, handling incoming calls, and relaying messages as necessary.
- Recording and Relaying Information: Accurately record and relay information to clients, colleagues, and management, maintaining confidentiality when required.
- Scheduling Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Cash Handling: Receive and issue payments, maintaining accurate financial records and adhering to company policies.
- Telecommunication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and monitor mobile radios or telephones as needed.
- Directory Assistance: Provide directory assistance to clients and internal staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.
- Email Management: Familiarity with electronic mail systems and protocols.
- Criminal Record Check: Possess a valid criminal record check, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
