Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients: Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate contact or service area as needed.
  • Providing Information: Offer basic information to clients and the public, responding to their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Information Processing: Obtain and process necessary information required to deliver top-notch customer service, adhering to company standards.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, handling incoming calls, and relaying messages as necessary.
  • Recording and Relaying Information: Accurately record and relay information to clients, colleagues, and management, maintaining confidentiality when required.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Cash Handling: Receive and issue payments, maintaining accurate financial records and adhering to company policies.
  • Telecommunication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and monitor mobile radios or telephones as needed.
  • Directory Assistance: Provide directory assistance to clients and internal staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.
