As an Administrative Support Coordinator at ALBERTA LTD., you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. Your duties will include preparing minutes of meetings, scheduling appointments, and answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries.


You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, and typing and proofreading correspondence and documents.


We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.


This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
