Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at AMRITSARI TADKA RESTAURANT AND BAR. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with 32 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and confirm appointments for the management team and other key personnel
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as required
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all patrons have a positive experience at our establishment
- Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
- Oversee payroll administration and maintain accurate records
- Greet guests and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with high accuracy
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

Requirements:- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Estimated salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
