DGA Careers is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive to join our team as an Insurance Branch Manager. This role requires strong leadership abilities, industry knowledge, and technical skills to manage the branch operations effectively.

About the Role:

This executive position involves overseeing all aspects of the insurance branch, including developing business plans, assessing market opportunities, and providing a positive work environment for the team. The ideal candidate must have at least Level 2 General Insurance License and extensive leadership experience managing insurance advisors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Develop annual business plans to meet targets and maximize opportunities across various lines of business.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market assessments to identify new client acquisition opportunities.
  3. Team Management: Foster a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates talents, ensuring they achieve their highest performance potential.
  4. Operational Management: Oversee all operational aspects of the branch, maintaining high levels of industry knowledge and technical skills.

Requirements:

  1. The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of Personal Lines experience combined with 5+ years of leadership experience.
  2. A minimum of Level 2 General Insurance License is required.
  3. Prior experience in managing insurance advisors is essential.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
