About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Caseworker to join our team. As a Caseworker, you will play a critical role in providing patient support and managing assigned projects and/or cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects and/or cases, adhering to general company processes.
  • Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, focusing on funding and access issues, compliance programs, and case-management protocols.
  • Implement pharmaceutical and biotechnology-related market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, or other allied health professionals.
  • Document all activities in program-specific databases and participate in ongoing refresher training and specialized training courses as required.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, colleagues, and other stakeholders regarding case management and provide feedback on protocols, databases, and inter-departmental relationships.
Requirements
  • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, typically obtained through completion of a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service, with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in the medical and pharmaceutical field being an asset.
