Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned projects and cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution of patient and healthcare professional inquiries.
- Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, addressing funding and access issues, compliance programs, and other related matters.
- Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, compliance, and adverse event reporting.
- Implement pharmaceutical and biotechnology-related market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, or other allied health professionals.
- Document all activities in program-specific databases and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, typically obtained through completion of a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in the medical and pharmaceutical field being an asset.
