**Job Summary**

Innomar Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Caseworker to join our team. As a Caseworker, you will play a critical role in managing assigned projects and cases, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage assigned projects and cases, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company processes.
  • Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, addressing funding and access issues, compliance programs, and other related matters.
  • Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, compliance, and adverse event reporting.
  • Implement pharmaceutical and biotechnology-related market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, or other allied health professionals.
  • Document all activities in program-specific databases and participate in ongoing refresher training and specialized training courses.
  • Provide feedback on current protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, colleagues, and program-trained staff regarding case management during absences.
  • Participate in the training process of new caseworkers, including shadowing and call monitoring.
  • Report all adverse events to assigned units and departments.

**Requirements:**

  • Broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, obtained through completion of a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service.
  • Bilingual (French/English) an asset.
  • Ability to multitask, attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in the medical and pharmaceutical field an asset.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

**Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:**

  • Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry.
  • Working knowledge of automated warehouse operating system.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Effective organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Programs.
