We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canadian Flatbeds Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees
  • Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities

This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
