Administrative Coordinator

At Roadside Tire, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, evaluating daily operations, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures. You will also be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determining and establishing office procedures and routines.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and providing customer service. If you have excellent oral and written communication skills, are organized, reliable, and accountable, we encourage you to apply for this role.
Requirements- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
