Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BANDANAS REPUBLIC INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
  • Manage and maintain digital databases, spreadsheets, and other information systems
  • Perform data entry, typing, and proofreading tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Work with various software applications, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
