We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Integrated Program Delivery, CRE - Canada Retail to join our team. As a key member of our CRE team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all Canada Retail programs, including branch electrification and signage replacement, while ensuring integration of design standards consistent with our global operating model.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and be accountable for the delivery of all Canada Retail programs, including integration of design standards consistent with our global operating model.
- Establish and monitor quantitative standards of performance, and provide timely project, program executive summaries, as well as appropriate internal management reporting, metrics and key information.
- Leverage Service Partner and other industry contacts and relationships to bring best-in-class, up-to-date Facility Management solutions which address the emerging needs of our business globally.
- Establish and oversee an effective asset management strategy which allows CRE to advise business lines on lifecycle planning.
- Oversee capital and operational budget forecasts and challenge, validate and control new engagements against budget and policies for Canada Retail Programs.
- Provide governance oversight and reporting to ensure all areas of CRE comply with internal policies and programs and external regulatory and legislative obligations in order to reduce risk, provide safe environments for our employees and clients and comply with appropriate laws.
- Minimum 4-7 years of real estate experience with a strong understanding of Facilities Operations & Project Management.
- Strong cost control, client focus, responsiveness to business goals and strategic business acumen.
- Experience in managing outsourced vendor relationships.
- Well established in building, developing and leading teams of professionals.
- Strong understanding of Canadian Retail network and operations.
- Proven knowledge of all aspects of facilities management processes and Experience in managing outsourced vendor relationships.
