Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with account leads and specialty teams to develop project definitions, staff plans, and pricing.
  • Champion project management best practices and tools to standardize project delivery.
  • Manage project risks, identify and implement solutions, and provide strategic guidance to integrated team leads.
  • Partner with finance and account teams to ensure client profitability, accurate forecasts, and approved Statements of Work.
  • Drive client discussions on project plans, financial health, and Edelman's capabilities and approach to delivery.
  • Forecast current and future staffing requirements and identify the best talent for the work.
  • Establish workflow and best practices on integrated businesses to enable teams to efficiently deliver against program goals.
  • Ensure quality checks and consistency of all project deliverables.
  • Manage and mentor project management team members, including resolving project escalations, setting performance goals, and coaching career growth.
