Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Active Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Plan and organize daily tasks and activities to meet deadlines and goals
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a smooth and organized work environment
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure consistency and quality
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to team members
  • Answer electronic inquiries and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours of work per week
