As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. You will also be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. Additionally, you will be responsible for opening and distributing mail and other materials, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
