Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HYGGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing meeting minutes, maintaining office supplies, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data, statistics, and other information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office.
