Product Partnerships Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Partnerships Director to lead our Product Partnerships team at Jobber. As a key member of our Partnerships department, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation through strategic partnerships with industry-leading tech companies.
About the Role:
- You will lead a growing team of partner managers who will work closely with you to establish and manage strategic relationships with our largest partners, as well as manage smaller app partners.
- Your team will oversee the day-to-day management of our existing technology partners, such as Quickbooks, Mailchimp, Docusign, and more.
- You will collaborate with product, engineering, sales & success, and marketing teams to understand our customer's needs and present win-win scenarios for Jobber's customer base and our partners.
- You will develop and execute the product partnerships strategic plan, recruit, manage, and coach the Product Partnerships team, and maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities that drive reach, product value, and commercial opportunities for Jobber and our partners.
What You Will Achieve:
- You will build and cultivate commercially viable product strategies, and relationships, that drive significant value for Jobber customers.
- You will identify potential product gaps that partners could help fill - conduct buy, build, or partner analysis.
- You will quickly build expertise in the Jobber product offering, including our strengths and weaknesses and available APIs.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strategic thinker and leader with extensive experience in Partnerships business development or account management, with emphasis on product partnerships with technology companies.
- Proven experience in people management.
- Successful track record of developing, structuring, negotiating, and closing large-scale, complex business agreements and transactions with enterprise companies.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, annual bonus, and stock options.
Location: Our offices in Edmonton or Toronto, or remotely anywhere within Canada.
