Holiday Inn Calgary Airport North seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Front Desk Support Staff. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $32,000 - $44,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job DescriptionAs a Front Desk Support Staff, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Managing front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and key card distribution
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, including handling mail, messages, and packages
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest complaints and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
