The Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent from across various industries. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, evaluating, and selecting candidates who possess the skills, expertise, and passion required to excel in our fast-paced environment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends is essential, as is your proficiency in using innovative recruitment tools and techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate agreements with applicants and vendors
  • Analyze applicant tests (20%)
  • Create and optimize talent tests (5%)
  • Sourcing, publish, and promote for talent
  • Onboarding and training new employees (Employee CS)
  • Develop training programs with managers
  • Manage and lead internal/external teams to achieve CEO's desired goals (50% of time)
  • Assess resource needs
  • Sourcing and managing project-based contractors as needed
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in using innovative recruitment tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with analytics and data-driven decision-making
