Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruiting:Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer extension.
- Candidate Experience:Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Employer Branding:Promote the company's employer brand and culture to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to develop effective recruitment marketing strategies.
