Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Recruiting:Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to identify qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer extension.
  • Candidate Experience:Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Employer Branding:Promote the company's employer brand and culture to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to develop effective recruitment marketing strategies.
