About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading telecommunications provider in Canada. As a Customer Service Billing Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all billing and account-related inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to billing inquiries via phone and email, meeting our service level standards
- Managing payments and credits, as well as updating account information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Creating initial invoices for new accounts
- Preparing accounts for billing closure and issuing final invoices
- Assisting the Customer Success and Finance teams in their day-to-day activities and projects as required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- French-English bilingualism is required
- A never-ending curiosity (you'll be working with a diverse range of businesses)
