Restaurant Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

ECW Holdings Ltd is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

**Responsibilities**

* Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
* Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
* Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
* Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
* Supervise staff and provide guidance on customer service and food safety
* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
* Organize and maintain inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
* Manage events and special occasions, including catering and private dining
* Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
* Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
