Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Delhi Street Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
