Restaurant Operations Manager

Delhi Street Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing restaurant staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Operations Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with regulations.
- Staff Performance and Development: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and lead by example to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service and Relations: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, driving sales growth and increasing customer engagement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
