Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Delhi Street Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, lead and instruct individuals, and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
