Restaurant Operations Manager

Delhi Street Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Supervise Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service and meeting our high standards.
- Control Costs: Manage labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
- Improve Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, such as managing inventory and scheduling staff.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Accurate: Accurate and reliable in all aspects of the job.
