Restaurant Operations Manager

Delhi Street Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team to achieve excellent customer service and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase sales and customer engagement
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 to 35 hours per week
