Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Mobile Savvy. This is a permanent, 30 hour per week position.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to office support staff, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Establish clear work priorities, monitor progress, and maintain adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
- Manage administrative activities for our establishment, including budgeting and inventory control.
- Collaborate with colleagues to prepare operating budgets and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
This role offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a reputable company, further developing your skills and expertise.
Requirements- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- At least one year of relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Permanent full-time or part-time position available.
- English language proficiency required.
- 30 hours per week, flexible scheduling available.
