About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HomeLife Professionals Realty Inc.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and possess a strong ability to work under tight deadlines.

Job Summary

This is a permanent full-time position working 35-40 hours per week. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on industry standards in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordinating: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to employee questions and complaints, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of reliability and organization.
